The role focuses on managing front office, F&B, housekeeping, and maintenance while building strong relationships with guests and the community.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in hotel management, preferably boutique or upscale.
• Proven track record in P&L management and revenue generation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel operations across front desk, F&B, and housekeeping.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and guest relations skills.
