Job summary

BRILLIANT COMPUTERS CITADEL AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY is seeking qualified individuals to provide Hands & Feet support at client sites. The role includes onsite physical assistance to enable remote troubleshooting, console connectivity to network devices, and physical access support for the Remote Support Team.

You will identify network equipment, follow approved runbooks, perform basic checks, rack and stack hardware, and assist with post-install verification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, VLANs, switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Experience with console connections and network device installation.
• Familiarity with structured cabling and patch panels.
• Ability to follow technical instructions accurately and work within documented procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with remote technical teams.
• Ability to work independently at customer sites.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations when required.
• Working at Heights Training Certificate.
• Medical Fitness Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical onsite assistance to enable remote troubleshooting and remediation.
• Connect to network devices via console as instructed by Remote Support Team.
• Provide physical access support to remote support (opening racks, locating devices/ports, power cycling).
• Visually verify and report LED status, link status, alarms, fan/power status, cabling condition.
