Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide physical onsite assistance to enable remote troubleshooting and remediation.
• Connect via console to network devices and follow remote instructions.
• Assist Remote Support Team with access to devices, racks and ports.
• Perform basic checks (link status, port mapping, cabling condition).
• Rack mounting/unmounting and cable management per site rules.
• Coordinate with Remote Support Team for post-install verification.
• Execute basic configuration steps only when instructed and approved.
