Job summary

BRILLIANT COMPUTERS CITADEL AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY seeks a hands-on Network Hands & Feet Support team member to enable remote troubleshooting with onsite presence. You will connect via console, assist with rack mounting, cabling, and post-install verification, and report status to the Remote Support Team.

The role requires 2+ years in enterprise networks, basic TCP/IP/VLAN knowledge, and willingness to travel to client sites. A CCNA or equivalent cert is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in CS/IT/Networking or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure.
• Basic networking knowledge: TCP/IP, VLANs, switches, routers, firewalls.
• Experience with console connections and network device installation.
• Ability to follow instructions and work within procedures.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.
• Working at Heights Training Certificate, Medical Fitness Certificate

Responsibilities

• Provide physical onsite assistance to enable remote troubleshooting.
• Connect to network devices via console and follow runbooks.
• Assist with rack mounting, cabling, and post-install verification.
• Verify LEDs, link status, alarms, and cable conditions and report findings.
• Identify equipment types, ports, and patch panel layouts.
• Perform basic checks and follow documented procedures.
• Coordinate with Remote Support Team and travel to customer sites when required.
