Job summary

Brilliant Computers Citadel and Information Technology is seeking an on-site Network Hands & Feet Support professional to enable remote troubleshooting and remediation at client sites. You will identify equipment, verify link status, and perform basic configuration per approved runbooks, while coordinating with the Remote Support Team for post-install verification.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, switches, routers and firewalls.
• Experience with console connections and network device installation.
• Ability to follow documented procedures and instructions accurately.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and remote-team collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support to enable remote troubleshooting and remediation.
• Connect to network devices via console as instructed by Remote Support Team.
• Assist with rack mounting/unmounting and cable management per site rules.
• Perform basic checks (link status, port mapping, cabling) and report findings.
• Coordinate with Remote Support Team for post-install verification.
• Assist with basic configuration steps as directed and approved.
