Job summary

Morgan Motor Group in Welkom, South Africa invites an energetic automotive Sales Representative to join our team. You will generate leads, qualify customers and drive sales velocity to achieve set volume, gross profit and customer satisfaction targets.

You have at least 2 years of new vehicle sales experience, Grade 12, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills. A customer-focused, team-oriented attitude is essential to succeed in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads for potential customers.
• Follow up on all leads until the deal is finalized.
• Pre-qualify all customers.
• Gather customer documentation and submit to F&I for finance applications and upselling.
• Ensure the vehicle is ready for delivery with accessories, if needed.
• Deliver vehicle to customer.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction after purchase.
