Qualifications

• Restaurant/fast-food service experience is required.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing overall operation of the restaurant/take-away.
• Ensuring quality standards of food and PEDROS SOPs are maintained.
• Managing stock control, purchasing and orders.
• Addressing customer complaints and maintaining service levels.
• Maximising profitability and achieving sales/GP% targets.
• Managing staff including discipline and rosters.
• Working within a team to drive the restaurant forward.
• Ensuring health and safety regulations are met.
