• Minimum 3 years related restaurant/fast-food management experience.
• GAAP experience and knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong management and organizational skills are required.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication abilities.
• Solid problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operation of the restaurant/take-away.
• Maintain quality standards and PEDROS SOPs.
• Manage stock control, purchasing and orders.
• Handle customer complaints and service levels.
• Drive profitability and sales/GP% targets with staff motivation.
• Lead and schedule staff, drive performance and discipline.
• Collaborate with team to push the store forward.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Supervise opening and closing procedures daily.
• Coordinate marketing activities and promotions.
• Manage customer service relations and timely complaint resolution.
• Provide staff training and development opportunities.
• Lead recruitment and performance evaluations.
