Job summary

Pedros is opening a brand-new store in Durban and seeks motivated leaders to join a fast-paced launch team. You will oversee operations, uphold quality standards, manage stock, and drive customer satisfaction from day one.

Responsibilities include staff management, scheduling, controlling costs, and ensuring health and safety compliance while achieving sales and GP% targets in a dynamic restaurant/take-away setting.

Qualifications

• GAAP and Micros experience or knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operation of the restaurant/take-away.
• Maintain and ensure food quality and adherence to SOPs.
• Manage stock control, purchasing and orders.
• Address customer complaints and maintain service levels.
• Maximise profitability and meet sales and GP% targets; motivate staff.
• Manage staff including discipline and rosters; foster teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
