Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Networking Managed Services Engineer (L2) to ensure client IT infrastructure remains operational. You will monitor, investigate and resolve incidents, act as the go-to for second-line support, and contribute to project work. Hybrid working and collaboration with CoE and automation teams are key aspects of the role.

You'll log changes, assist in change management, and develop monitoring system diagrams while coaching L1 teams and delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Diploma, degree, or relevant IT qualification.
• Proven working knowledge of enterprise monitoring tools.
• Experience with deploying network monitoring systems and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line support and resolve medium complexity incidents.
• Monitor client infrastructure and manage escalation with CoE teams.
• Collaborate with automation teams to optimize tasks and reduce tickets.
• Prepare monthly status reports and update technical documentation.
• Participate in change management and disaster recovery activities.
