Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Managed Services Engineer (L2) to provide robust second-line IT support for client IT infrastructures. You will monitor queues, resolve incidents, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain service quality.

The role focuses on two or more domains—Cloud, Security, Networking, or Applications—with potential project contributions and disaster recovery work as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Computing or equivalent work experience.
• Certifications relevant to services (bonus).
• VMware Certified Professional, Veeam, Azure Administrator, MCSE are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitors and resolves incidents and requests to meet SLA.
• Provides second-line support across multiple domains (Cloud, Networking, Security, Apps).
• Communicates with clients and teams, escalates where necessary, and updates tickets.
