Qualifications

• Previous Customer Care experience in a Call Centre and Funeral or Life Insurance knowledge preferred.
• MS Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook required.
• Additional language(s) favourable.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients.
• Assist clients telephonically and resolve enquiries with product information.
• Perform administration tasks and maintain accurate records.
