Job summary

Bridgena Barnard Personnel Group in Cape Town is seeking a junior call centre agent to assist clients in English and several local languages. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing product information, and completing administration tasks with accuracy.

SQL? Not required. Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) are preferred. Salary is market-related with negotiable terms; bilingual能力 is a plus.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Tswana, Sesotho or Sepedi essential.
• Previous Customer Care experience in a Call Centre and Funeral or Life Insurance knowledge preferred.
• MS Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook required.
• Additional language(s) favourable.
