Job summary

Career Growth Hospitality Recruitment & Training seeks an experienced Outlets Manager for a luxury hotel in Cape Town. You will oversee daily restaurant and bar operations, lead floor and supervisory teams, and report to the Senior Assistant F&B Manager, driving exceptional guest experiences and the commercial performance of busy outlets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in F&B management or related field.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and drive costs control.
• Strong guest service and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily outlet operations, maintaining high standards of service, presentation, cleanliness and ambience.
• Drive guest satisfaction, respond to feedback and resolve complaints.
• Manage departmental budgets, monitor costs and productivity, and support financial targets.
• Coach, motivate and develop colleagues, building teamwork and accountability.
• Set performance expectations, conduct reviews and identify training needs.
• Assist with recruitment, staffing, rostering and maintaining staffing levels.
• Work with culinary and stewarding teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Contribute to menu development, promotions and initiatives to increase revenue.
• Maintain food and beverage controls and ensure compliance with legislation, health and safety, and company standards.
