Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years’ experience in food and beverage management, culinary, or related professional area.
• Outstanding guest services, professional presentation and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial and analytical business thinking.
• Proficient in English (verbal & written); second language is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy, changing environment.
• Flexible working hours.
• Computer literate and analytical.
• Enthusiastic and guest driven.
• Ability to prioritize, organize and be self-sufficient.
• Ability to perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage budgets for Food and Beverage departments.
• Lead and supervise the Food and Beverage team and day-to-day operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest concerns promptly.
• Conduct HR activities including performance reviews and coaching.
• Maintain brand service culture and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and service standards across outlets.
