Placements24 presents an opportunity for a Director of Food & Beverage at a prestigious five-star hotel in Cape Town. Lead strategic direction, oversee outlets, banquets, and room service, and drive guest satisfaction and profitability.

The role requires 7+ years in F&B management in luxury hospitality, with at least 3 years in a director-level position. You will manage budgets, menus, beverage programs, and a high-performing team to deliver world-class dining experiences.

Formación

• 7+ years in F&B, luxury hospitality.
• At least 3 years in director-level F&B.
• Strong financial acumen including P&L, budgeting, forecasting.
• Expertise in menu engineering and beverage management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement F&B strategies to drive revenue.
• Oversee daily operations of all outlets and room service.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, inventory, and labor costs.
• Ensure quality across outlets in food, beverage, and service.
• Collaborate with executive chefs to update seasonal menus.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of the F&B team.
