Job summary

Karen Tupper Recruitment is seeking a capable hospitality leader in Cape Town to oversee daily restaurant and beverage operations, drive service excellence and mentor teams. The role focuses on budgets, compliance, guest satisfaction and collaboration with culinary teams to grow revenue.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in a 5* hotel or luxury lodge, strong English communication and proven leadership, with flexibility to work shifts and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a South African citizen and reside in the Cape Town area.
• Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a 5* hotel or luxury lodge within food and beverage management or a related hospitality role.
• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
