Placements24 is seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager for a luxury hotel in Bloemfontein. You will oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance to ensure flawless guest experiences and high service standards.

We’re looking for a hands-on leader with at least 6 years in hotel management, including senior operations. You’ll drive operational efficiency, budget control, staff development, and compliance across all departments on-site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in progressive hotel management roles.
• At least 3 years in a senior operational role.
• Experience across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B.
• Proficient in hotel management software and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance.
