Placements24 is seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day activities at a premier Rustenburg property. You will lead front desk, housekeeping, and F&B teams to deliver seamless service and operational excellence.

The role requires strong leadership, guest-focus, and the ability to manage occupancy, check-ins/outs, and enforce standards while coaching staff and resolving issues to maintain the hotel’s reputation.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in hotel operations.
• Strong knowledge of hotel management software and procedures.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Proficiency in operational problem-solving and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk, housekeeping, and F&B staff to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide prompt, professional, courteous guest service at all times.
• Monitor occupancy, manage room inventory, and oversee check-in/check-out procedures.
• Enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service and safety.
• Train, schedule, and manage staff performance, providing feedback.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
