Qualifications

Matric or equivalent (Grade 12) and a hospitality certificate.
1–2 years reception/switchboard experience preferred.
Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service.
Fluent English with strong written and verbal skills.
Able to work in a team and be well-presented.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests to the estate and guide them to outlets; respond to general enquiries.
Operate telephone and switchboard service for all calls and refer calls as needed.
Maintain a register of bookings and communicate with the Security department.
Distribute information around the estate and update the electronic directory.
Conduct estate tours for guests and keep management informed of concerns.
