Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage scheduling and execution of expedited freight shipments, domestic and international.
• Liaise with clients, carriers and customs brokers for timely and compliant movement of goods.
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation including air waybills, bills of lading and customs declarations.
• Track shipment progress and provide updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve logistical issues such as delays, damages or holds proactively.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, expenses and communications in the logistics system.
• Optimize transportation routes and modes for cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
