Job summary

NTT DATA is hiring a Managed Services Engineer (L2) to provide proactive second-line IT support, across Cloud, Security, Networking, and Applications. You will monitor queues, resolve incidents within SLA, and collaborate with CoE and vendors to ensure stable service delivery.

The role emphasizes change management, maintenance activities, and occasional project work, including disaster recovery testing. Strong ITIL knowledge and vendor coordination are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Computing or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• Certifications listed (VMware, Veeam, Azure, MCSE) add weight to qualification.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role and ITIL process knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitors work queues and resolves incidents within SLA.
• Provides 2nd line support across domains (Cloud, Security, Networking, Applications).
• Executes changes with risk assessment and proper approvals.
• Communicates with CoE and vendors for escalations.
• Maintains knowledge articles and contributes to maintenance activities.
• Supports disaster recovery testing and project work as required.
