Job summary

Dante Personnel Cape Town - Century City is recruiting for a results-driven sales leader to join our client in Roodepoort. The role focuses on developing new clients and maintaining strong dealer relationships while delivering on defined marketing objectives.

You will apply extensive product knowledge, analytical insight and a hunter mindset to grow brand distribution and drive incremental volume. A proven sales track record and ability to manage projects and service delivery are essential.

Qualifications

• Post graduate degree/diploma in relevant field
• 3-5 years proven sales management or key account management experience
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and anticipate needs
• Proven track record in developing new clients and managing relationships with dealers

Minimum requirements:

• Post graduate degree/diploma in relevant field, preferably (hospitality, food & beverage)
• At least 3-5 years proven working experience in sales management/key account management role
• Be calm, level-headed, and be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• A strong team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently and accurately
• Excellent listening skills
• Someone that builds rapport and credibility with clients and anticipates needs
• Clear concise written and verbal communication skills

• Strong sales ability with proven sales track record (exceptionally strong hunter personality)
• Strong project management skills with experience in the management of projects and processes
• Proactively manages customers’ satisfaction and service delivery by anticipating potential service problems, and monitoring satisfaction
