• Perform routine system maintenance and updates.

About the Role

Our client, a rapidly growing IT services provider located in Benoni, Gauteng, ZA, is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Junior IT Support Technician Apprentices. This apprenticeship provides a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in IT support, network administration, and troubleshooting within a dynamic technology environment. You will work closely with experienced IT professionals, learning to support users, manage systems, and resolve technical issues. The role offers a hybrid work model, combining on-site presence at our Benoni office with the flexibility of remote work. We are looking for individuals with a strong foundational understanding of computers and technology, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for learning IT. This program is designed to develop aspiring IT professionals into skilled technicians capable of managing and supporting complex IT infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities
