• Matriculation certificate or equivalent; IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) are a strong advantage.
• Foundational IT knowledge of computer systems and networks.
• Able to work remotely with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users via remote assistance tools, phone, and email.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
• Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems.
• Document all support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff following established procedures.
• Assist in maintaining IT inventory and asset management.
• Contribute to IT support documentation and knowledge base articles.
