Job summary

Bluespec Holdings in Gauteng is seeking an HR Officer to act as the liaison between branch offices and head office, ensuring payroll/clocking information is accurate and submitted on time. You will maintain timekeeping for all staff and support new starter loading and documentation.

The role includes probation reviews, CCMA preparation, and handling disciplinary matters with discretion. You will drive Employment Equity compliance, leave scheduling, and HR audits, guiding staff to minimise

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between branch and head office level and ensure HR head office is updated on all HR matters.
• Escalate HR issues to HR head office timeously.
• Obtain quality information of new employees and ensure they are loaded on clocking machines.
• Submit new starter packs to head office promptly.
• Maintain timekeeping for all staff and provide payroll/clocking with accurate data.
• Conduct regular probation reviews.
• Coordinate with head office for CCMA hearings and prepare necessary documents.
• Assist management with disciplinary matters such as warnings and counselling.
• Ensure EE meetings are conducted and records are maintained at each branch.
• Ensure Branch compliance with Employment Equity requirements.
• Schedule and manage leave.
• Audit employee files and information as needed.
• Get job profiling signed off for staff and management in a timely manner.
• Communicate and guide staff and management to reduce conflict.
• Obtain timely sign-offs on all HR documentation and forward to head office.
