Job summary

Bluespec Holdings is seeking an HR Officer to support and execute HR functions across multiple business units in Gauteng. The role covers industrial relations, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, labour law compliance, training and HR administration.

You will ensure compliance with labour legislation and Bargaining Council agreements, support disciplinary hearings, manage HR records, and assist with payroll inputs and deployment of equity initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial relations and employee relations with labour law compliance.
• Ability to manage disciplinary procedures and performance management records.
• Proven administrative skills and accurate HR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Industrial Relations & Employee Relations: advise on grievances and ensure compliance with labour laws.
• Disciplinary & Performance Management: coordinate disciplinary processes and hearings.
• CCMA, Bargaining Council & Legal Compliance: manage referrals and support conciliations.
• HR Administration & Reporting: maintain HR records and prepare management reports.
• Employment Equity & Compliance: assist with equity reporting and fair employment practices.
• Payroll Support & Benefits: provide payroll inputs and respond to benefits queries.
• Leave, attendance, probation, and employee movements administration.
• Maintain secure, compliant HR documentation and participate in audits.
