Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist , Helpdesk Technician, or similar role.
• Strong technical skills in operating systems (Windows, macOS), MS Office Suite, and common business applications.
• Proficiency in network troubleshooting , hardware diagnostics, and remote support tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on user support.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid model, attending the Randburg office as required.
