• Coordinate warehouse invoice sign-off, drivers' sheets, petrol/toll records, PODs, missing signatures and redeliveries.
• Prepare supported credit-note packs, update credit-note registers and reconcile product recalls.
• Resolve invoice and delivery queries; liaise with the Bookkeeper and Debtors Clerk on payment status.
