JVR Software in Centurion is seeking an experienced invoicing and sales administration professional to join our busy finance team. You will manage invoices, coordinate sign-offs, driver records, and credit-note packs, ensuring accurate records and timely processing.

The role requires solid Sage 200 or Pastel Evolution skills, Microsoft 365 proficiency, and a disciplined, reliable approach to stock and financial controls; you will interact with the bookkeeper and debtors clerk to resolve issues.

Formación

• 3-4 years in invoicing, sales administration or a similar busy finance environment.
• Sage 200/Pastel Evolution – non-negotiable
• Microsoft 365 proficiency
• Exceptional numerical accuracy, speed, stock/batch awareness and ability to manage pressure.
• Coordinate warehouse invoice sign-off, drivers’ sheets, petrol/toll records, PODs, missing signatures and redeliveries
• Prepare supported credit-note packs, update credit-note registers and reconcile product recalls.
• Resolve invoice and delivery queries; maintain complete records and liaise with the Bookkeeper and Debtors Clerk on payment status.
