Job summary

Aaaa in Pretoria seeks a detail-oriented Invoicing & Recipients Clerk to manage invoicing, creditor accounting and reconciliations. You will ensure customer invoices are accurate and issued on time while maintaining precise supplier accounts and processing supplier invoices.

The ideal candidate will have strong numerical ability, excellent attention to detail and experience with invoicing, accounts payable and creditor reconciliations, including familiarity with accounting software such as Sage

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent.
• Experience with invoicing, creditors and accounts payable.
• Experience with supplier statements and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and timely.
• Capture supplier invoices and reconcile them to PO and goods received.
• Maintain supplier accounts and perform creditor reconciliations.
• Process credit notes, debit notes and invoice adjustments as needed.
• Assist with month-end procedures and general ledger reconciliations.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, operations and finance on billing.
• Respond to supplier queries and resolve account discrepancies.
