Qualifications

• 3-4 years in invoicing, sales administration or a similar busy finance environment.
• Exceptional numerical accuracy and speed, stock/batch awareness and ability to manage pressure.
• Professional, honest, reliable, flexible and eager to learn respects financial and stock controls.
• Accuracy is non-negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse invoice sign-off, drivers' sheets, petrol/toll records, PODs, missing signatures and redeliveries.
• Prepare supported credit-note packs, update credit-note registers and reconcile product recalls.
• Resolve invoice and delivery queries; liaise with the Bookkeeper and Debtors Clerk on payment status.
