Qualifications

Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or in a similar IT helpdesk role.
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS, Microsoft Office Suite, and common business applications.

Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems and remote support tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Provide first- and second-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
