Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT Help Desk or technical support.
• Proficient in Windows and macOS.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiar with basic networking concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve end-user IT support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, software, and hardware issues.
• Assist with user account management, including password resets.
• Document all support activities and configurations.
• Provide basic training and guidance on IT best practices.
