The role requires Windows troubleshooting, familiarity with TCP/IP/DNS/DHCP, and experience with ticketing systems. Hybrid work arrangement and on-site presence as needed offer a balanced, productive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in an IT helpdesk or technical support role.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with IT support ticketing systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to internal staff via phone, email, and remote access.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Document all support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Assist with IT asset management and inventory.
