Qualifications

• 1-2 years of IT support or helpdesk experience.
• Knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve IT support requests from employees via phone, email, or helpdesk system.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and printers.
• Provide support for company-issued mobile devices and related applications.
• Document all support activities and resolutions in the IT ticketing system.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of IT documentation and user guides.
• Collaborate with senior IT staff on troubleshooting complex issues and system upgrades.
