Qualifications

• Proven experience in an IT helpdesk or technical support role.
• Solid understanding of computer hardware, operating systems Windows/macOS, and common software applications.
• Experience with network troubleshooting and basic IT infrastructure concepts.
• Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network problems.
• Respond to support tickets, emails, and phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, printers, and peripherals.
