You will diagnose hardware, software and network issues, install and maintain computer systems, document requests in the helpdesk system, and assist with user training.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Helpdesk Analyst or similar IT support role.
Strong knowledge of operating systems, common applications, and basic networking concepts.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with IT support ticketing systems and remote access tools.
Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
