The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving and communication skills, documented experience in IT helpdesk roles, and familiarity with Windows and macOS, networks, and ticketing systems.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Helpdesk Analyst or similar IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS.
• Familiarity with networking basics and remote support tools.
• Experience with IT ticketing systems and documenting resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems, documenting steps and solutions.
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access to IT resources.
• Assist in developing and maintaining IT documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Respond to support tickets and service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
