Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Helpdesk Analyst or in a similar IT support role.
• Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common business applications.
• Experience with network troubleshooting and hardware diagnostics.
• Excellent customer service and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve IT support requests via ticketing system, phone, and in-person.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and system issues.
• Assist with user account management and access control.
• Document IT procedures and provide user training on basic IT functions.
