Placements24 in South Africa is seeking a experienced Remote Helpdesk Support Analyst to provide comprehensive technical assistance to a distributed workforce, resolving hardware, software and network issues from a remote setting and ensuring smooth IT operations.

As the primary contact for end users, you will troubleshoot via remote tools, document resolutions, contribute to knowledge articles, and uphold ITIL practices in a remote-first Randburg-based environment.

Qualifications

• Proven remote helpdesk or technical support experience with relevant certifications.
• Proficiency in Windows and macOS, Microsoft Office, and common business apps.
• Strong troubleshooting with ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote user interactions.
• Reliable internet and a dedicated home office space.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices is advantageous for this remote Randburg role.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level technical support to end-users via remote tools.
