Qualifications

Proven experience in a Helpdesk/IT support role.
Strong understanding of hardware, OS (Windows/macOS) and common software.
Experience with network troubleshooting and ticketing systems.
Proficient in using helpdesk software and documentation.
Hybrid work capability and good communication with non-technical users.

Responsibilities

Manage IT helpdesk ticketing system, log, prioritize and resolve issues.
Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Escalate complex problems to senior staff or vendors as needed.
