Placements24 is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee HR operational functions at our Paarl facilities. You will lead payroll, benefits administration, HRIS, and onboarding, driving efficiency and service excellence across the HR operations team.

This leadership role requires a Master's in HRM and at least 8 years of progressive HR ops experience, with 4 in a management capacity. You will ensure data accuracy, vendor governance, and strategic alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HRM/related field required.
• Minimum 8 years in HR operations with at least 4 in management.
• Proven expertise in payroll, benefits, and HRIS management.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations including payroll, benefits, and HRIS management.
• Lead and develop the HR operations team to deliver service excellence.
• Develop and implement efficient HR processes and policies to support business objectives.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding to ensure a positive experience for employees.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data and reporting.
• Manage vendor relationships for HR-related services (payroll providers, benefits administrators).
• Drive HR technology initiatives including HRIS implementation and optimization.
• Ensure compliance with SA labor laws and regulations across operations.
• Collaborate with other HR functions and business leaders to align operational support with strategy.
