You will collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget, while strengthening employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (HR/Business/PM).
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience with HR focus.
• Proven experience with HRIS implementations or similar complex projects.
• Solid understanding of HR processes, systems and best practices.
• Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills.
• PM methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and tools (MS Project/Asana).
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of HR projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop project plans including scope, timelines, resources and budgets.
• Coordinate project teams, assign tasks and monitor progress.
• Identify and manage risks and issues with mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate communication between HR, IT and business stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with HR objectives and organizational strategy.
• Lead change management activities for implementations.
• Track performance and report milestones and outcomes.
• Oversee adoption of new HR technologies and processes.
• Drive successful delivery enhancing efficiency and employee experience.
