Placements24 is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager in Midrand, Gauteng. This leadership role oversees payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management, ensuring compliant and efficient HR services across the organization.

The ideal candidate will drive process improvements, manage vendor relationships, and mentor the HR Operations team to deliver a superior employee experience in a global corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive HR operations or managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits, and HRIS management.
• Solid understanding of SA labour law and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and update policies as needed.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in HR operations.
• Manage vendor relationships for payroll, benefits, and HR technology.
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor the HR Operations team to deliver excellent service.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and risks for improvement.
• Manage the HR operations budget and HR tech implementation.
