You will lead the HR operations team, partner with the HR Director on strategic initiatives, manage budgets, vendor relationships, and prepare analytics for senior management, contributing to growth within the dynamic Cape

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in HR operations management.
• Extensive knowledge of South African labor legislation and HR best practices.
• Proven experience with HRIS implementation and management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the HR operations team, ensuring efficient execution of HR administrative functions.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems for legal compliance and best practices.
• Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and onboarding/offboarding.
• Manage HRIS to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within HR operations to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with SA labor laws and company policies.
• Manage HR budgets and resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers.
• Support the HR Director in strategic planning and execution of HR initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics for senior management.
