Placements24 is seeking a meticulous HR Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day HR functions and ensure smooth HR processes in Tembisa, Gauteng. This on-site role requires leading HR administration, payroll, and benefits with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and efficiency within the organization's HR services.

The successful candidate will bring 5+ years in HR operations, strong knowledge of SA labour law, and hands-on experience with HRIS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations or administration.
• Proven payroll and benefits administration experience in South Africa.
• In-depth knowledge of South African labour law.
• Experience with HRIS systems (Sage, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all HR administrative functions, including employee records, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with all South African labour laws and company policies.
• Administer payroll and benefits programs with accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Manage HRIS systems and ensure data integrity.
• Support the HR team in operational tasks and projects.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
• Coordinate HR reporting and analytics.
• Oversee employee contracts and documentation.
• Seek opportunities to improve HR operational efficiency.
