Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS maintenance.
• Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures for efficiency and compliance.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive experience.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations in Port Elizabeth.
• Lead and mentor the HR operations team, fostering a high-performance culture.
