About the Role

Our client is looking for an accomplished and strategic HR Manager to lead their Human Resources function in Klerksdorp . This leadership role will involve overseeing all aspects of HR, including talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, HR compliance, and developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that support the company's growth objectives. You will be a key advisor to senior management, driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, productivity, and overall organizational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall HR strategy in alignment with business goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 4 years in a HR Manager ial role.
• Proven track record in strategic HR planning, organizational development, and change management.
• Extensive knowledge of South African labor law and HR best practices.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience in designing and implementing HR systems and processes.
