Placements24 is seeking an accomplished HR Manager to lead the HR function in Klerksdorp, North West. You will develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, and compliance.

This hands-on leadership role requires a track record in strategic HR planning, organizational development, and managing an HR team. You will partner with senior management to attract, develop, and retain a high-calibre workforce.

• Master's degree in HRM, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
• 7–10 years HR experience with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge of South African labour law and HR best practices.
